Teriyaki marinade and glaze is one of those things you learn, then keep on your recipe rotation. It’s simple and you only need a few ingredients:

Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos (gluten free)

Granulated Sugar

Green Onions

Fresh Garlic

Fresh Ginger

TIPS:

  1. This marinade is all about the ratios- scale up or down!

  2. Marinade overnight for best flavor.

  3. Save the marinade! Strain it and simmer until it’s reduced by 75%- you’ll have the tastiest glaze for your meat!

  4. Use Beef, Chicken or Fish. This is super versatile! If using fish, no need to marinate, just make a glaze.
